NY11 Terms of Service 1. The service NY11 provides healthy meal plans, one-off meal and product orders, marketplace bookings, and wellness features (insights, workouts, hydration). Creating an account means you accept these terms. 2. Orders and subscriptions Meal subscriptions renew per the plan you choose and can be paused or cancelled from the app; order cutoffs, delivery windows and refund rules are shown at checkout and in your plan calendar. Prices include applicable tax unless stated otherwise. 3. Payments We accept cash on delivery, wallet balance and cards through our payment gateway. Refunds are returned to the original method or wallet per the refund policy shown at checkout. 4. Health disclaimer NY11's insights, targets and suggestions are general wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before dietary or exercise changes, especially with a medical condition or during pregnancy. 5. Acceptable use Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or post abusive content in chat. We may suspend accounts that break these rules. 6.
